Discussion Course Room Etiquette
Summit University is committed to open insightful dialogue in its courses.
The success of this Discussion Course Room, as an online community,
depends on the cooperation and friendship of all those participating in
this Summit University course. We encourage respectful communication and
ask that you refrain from inappropriate commentary. Following are some
guidelines:
1. The main purpose of this Discussion Course Room is to assist students
to assimilate the material taught in the Summit University Online
broadcast on New Era Community and to promote worldwide communication
among students participating in this 10-week course. It is also a place to
network and share ideas regarding Community building.
2. We ask that your messages focus on the course topics, be constructive
and forward-looking.
3. Please do not post messages written by other people to this site
without their permission. If you believe a particular message would be of
interest to Discussion Course Room participants, please obtain permission
from its author before posting it.
4. Messages posted to this Course Room are the property of their author,
and may not be reprinted or published in any other forum or medium, in
whole or in part, without the explicit permission of the author.
5. The course instructors will facilitate this site. Should inappropriate
comments be made, or disregard for of these guidelines occur, the
instructors will intervene.
